At GITEX Global 2025 in Dubai, two ORA spheres told the story of connected innovation: on the Etisalat stand, the smart home; on the Ultrahuman stand, health data from connected rings, projected onto an interactive Earth. A way to make hard-to-explain technologies visible and tangible.
Etisalat (Etisalat by e&) is the leading telecommunications operator in the United Arab Emirates and one of the region’s major telecom groups, present in many countries. It invests heavily in digital technologies, AI and connected devices.
GITEX Global 2025 in Dubai, one of the world’s largest technology shows. Two ORA spheres were deployed across two complementary stands: Etisalat’s and Ultrahuman’s.
Present two complementary visions of connected innovation: on one side, Etisalat’s smart-home solutions and home-automation uses across every stage of life; on the other, the Ultrahuman ecosystem and the use of data from connected rings on a global scale.
The first sphere, on the Etisalat stand, showed content about the connected home: home automation, robotics, smart objects and solutions to improve comfort, safety and independence in daily life. The second, on the Ultrahuman stand, displayed an interactive Earth linking different cities to aggregated data from connected rings: heart rate, step count, physical activity and other health and wellbeing indicators. Placed in front of a secondary screen, it worked with it in hybrid interaction to combine spherical visualisation and detailed display.
The two spheres made technologies that can be hard to explain concrete and visual. They showed how connected objects can support daily life, from the smart home to personal-data tracking, while creating an attractive interactive experience on the stand.
